KAPL was launched after the closure of Chemicon Engineering Consultants Private Limited, Bombay ( ex MONENCO - Montreal Engineering International, Canada) on January 2, 1995 due to the retirement of two additional Directors. Mr. Ramon Kirpalaney at that time was one of the Executive Directors since 1986, of Chemicon Engineering Consultants Private Limited and continued the activity as sole owner of the consulting firm providing similar services with modern techniques at competitive rates. While an Executive Director at Chemicon Engineering Consultants Private Limited, Mr. Ramon Kirpalaney has handled large number of projects for oil, gas, chemical, petrochemical, power and other process plant industries in his individual capacity working under international consulting firms.
