KAPL Quality Control System controls the design, materials and fabrication of boilers, pressure vessel and piping system so that quality meets or exceeds the requirments of the Code. Field quality control is maintained by KAPL inspector under the direction of KAPL's Quality Assurance Department. In addition, many of KAPL's engineering personnel have construction and fabrication experience and are called on to assist in these matters.

Vendor inspection services are also performed by the firm. A staff fo qualified inspection personnel is maintained at various locations and is available for inspection of material and equipment at the manufacturers facilities as per the clients scope.
